On the English architect Richard Norman Shaw and the Arts and Crafts Movement, with research notes including lists of plans for a projected publication, lists of architectural photographs, lists of drawings, lists of key words on Shaw and the Queen Anne style. Muthesius describes the architectural development from the Gothic Revival to the Queen Anne style. He characterizes Shaw as the significant creator of the Queen Anne style together with Philip Webb and William Eden Nesfield, and discusses the form and meaning of the window as used in Shaw's buildings.
